CT Advocacy Organizations

The SEEDS Network recognizes the need to increase the access to quality early care and education for Connecticut families.  There are many local organizations that provide resources to inform families and child care providers about the need to develop a cohesive early care and education system.  Listed here are a few of the child advocacy organizations located in Connecticut.Connecticut Association for Human Services (CAHS) – CAHS works to increase Connecticut families’ access to quality early care and education.

Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance (CT ECA)  – The Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance is a group of organizations and individuals committed to improving developmental outcomes in the areas of learning, health, safety and economic security for children ages birth to eight.

Connecticut Voices for Children – The mission of Connecticut Voices for Children is to promote the well-being of all of Connecticut’s young people and their families by advocating for strategic public investments and wise public policies.

Connecticut Parent Power – CT Parent Power is a parent-led organization with a mission to engage, educate and mobilize parents to act on children’s issues.
