Description

Discovery bottles are a great learning experience for toddlers and preschoolers.  These can be filled with most anything ... the ones shown here go well with a Fall or Spring theme as they are filled with SEEDS!

Collect an assortment of different types of seeds (ie. pumpkin, squash, apple seeds in the Fall / flower, watermelon, vegetable seeds in the Spring).  Put some seeds in empty water bottles and seal them shut tightly with a glue gun.

Children can look and compare the different types of seeds.  They can shake or roll the bottles and see how the different size seeds each make a different sound.
